The joining of the PPA Youth Council members was led by President PPA Youth Council Ringu Gautam which saw a total of 126 members join the BJP.

Speaking at the joining ceremony, Ringu Gautam cited the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and various people-friendly development policies and schemes of the NDA Government as the main reason for shifting to BJP. He also expressed full confidence in the leadership of Tapir Gao and Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
