ITANAGAR, Aug 17: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) launched state wide Operation Clean Drive in the entire districts of the State. The AAPSU expressed satisfaction over the successful drive against the Inner Line Permit violators in the State. The AAPSU thanked the government, police department, District administration, market welfare societies, community based organisations, District students’ unions and all well-wishers of the state for supporting the movement. Operation clean Drive Chairman Tatung Taga stated that the AAPSU with the help of police has driven out more than one thousand ILP violators from the capital complex today. The respective District Students’ Unions have also carried out the drive and shall submit their reports within this week. The Operation clean Drive shall continue.
The AAPSU also mourned the demise of the former Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
