ITANAGAR, Aug 7: National People’s Party (NPP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will soon form alliance government in Arunachal Pradesh, stated NPP state president Gicho Kabak while addressing the meeting held on the occasion of first anniversary of NPP in Arunachal Pradesh today .
Kabak further asserted that NPP is a partner of North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA ) and will become one of the prominent players in National politics in future. NPP also has its coalition government in three states like Meghalaya, Manipur and Nagaland. Moreover, Kabak clarified that that NPP will not have pre-poll alliance with any political parties in Arunachal Pradesh in forth coming parliament and assembly elections.
Very recently seven MLAs of PPA joined NPP by having faith in the leadership of its national president Conrad K Sangma and present Chief Minister of Meghalaya, added Kabak in a press statement.
Besides district president and executive members, NPP MLAs Tanga Byaling, Mutchu Mithi and Tirang Aboh attended the anniversary programme.
