WAKRO, Aug 28: Chief Vigilance Officer, NHPC Ltd, Dr Ved Prakash, along with senior officials of NHPC visited rural schools in Wakro. Attending a function, the CVO lauded the services of teachers and staff of the KGBV, Wakro and Apna Vidya Bhavan calling them the driving force in spreading the feelings of humility and tranquility.
Chief Engineer Deepak Rattan Sagar assured the people present that NHPC will always support works of public interest and social welfare through CSR programmes.
People of rural Wakro thanked teacher Sumila Linggi and Bengia Nyer, Manager, NHPC for organizing the visits of seniors to rural educational setups.
