PASIGHAT, Jun 12: A traffic awareness programme was organized by Pasighat Police at recreation hall, RPL Pasighat in collaboration with members of Nagrik Bhaichara Samity today where traffic related rules and its pros & cons were taught to the attending drivers.
The awareness programme was led and attended by Dy S.P. (HQ) A. Taying, Oshong Ering, retired IAS, Mohonto Pangging, retired Group Captain IAF, Oti Dai, retired ADC, Tasing Jamoh, social worker, OC Pasighat PS Atan Taki and T. Radeng, i/c Traffic cell.
More than 40 drivers attended and benefitted from the awareness programme. An interactive session was also held to apprise the drivers about present day challenges and condition of traffic relation issues. Nagrik Bhaichara Samity members also spoke during the programme.
