SAGALEE, Sep 7: Arunachal  Pradesh Mahila Congress  (APMCC) organised a rally at 15th Sagalee constituency on Friday under the leadership of  Nabam Yakum, President- APMCC.

Mahila Congress workers, who had assembled at the rally from all over Arunachal Pradesh in one voice sought for a clean election which means free from money culture, politics based on religion and community.

Other than DMCC BMCC, members of APCC,  Seva Dal, APYC, NSUI, senior citizens, women, youths and other Congress supporters  from all over the state participated in the rally.

Taba Tate , President, BCC highlighted the major achievements of Congress in the constituency so far. He praised incumbent MLA Nabam Tuki as a progressive soul of the constituency and urged the public to unite to bring  Congress back to power in  2019.

Former CM Nabam Tuki while praising  INC for bringing 33% reservation for women in Panchayat,  demanded that the reservation must be extended to parliament as well. He praised people of Sagalee for faithfully electing and retaining Congress for years by trusting congress as the only party of change and development. 

The rally was followed by the official appointment of new  BCC, BBMCC, BBYC, BBNSUI Office bearers, and induction of 400 Block Branch Congress Seva Dal.
