ITANAGAR, Jun 28: Despite unconditional apology tendered by Additional Director General of BRO, PK Singh on Saturday, it appears that "Kimin Issue"  is unlikely to be buried soon.  Terming the incident as a pre-meditated criminal conspiracy, the All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) rejected the apology .
"The whole event was held inside Arunachal territory which is well known to everyone. But renaming Kimin as Bilgarh and white pasting over the names of Arunachal Pradesh and Kimin proves that the act was done with malafide intention and a criminal conspiracy," said President ANYA,  Byabang Joram.
He said, the whole security which was managed by Assam police that too inside Arunachal territory is very much questionable. He also questioned the central government for doubting the ability of Arunachal Police in guarding the  Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
Further, Joram slammed Chief Minister Pema Khandu and MoS Kiren Rijiju for being mute spectators to the whole incident that occurred right under their noses.
"We have elected Rijiju as MP to represent our land at the Centre so it was his duty to inform and guide the central minister about the state and sentiments connected with the land."
Moreover we also condemn the statement of Chief Minister Pema Khandu that he was unaware of the incident. As per reports, the state government already received the information about the arrival of the Minister of Defence to Kimin despite that they were mute spectators. They should have given the clarification on the spot about the renaming and white paste, stated ANYA President.
Due to such blunder, in near future, Assam may claim  Kimin as a part of Assam  in the Supreme court  with reference to this event  where both CM Pema Khandu and Union Minister Rijiju was present but didn’t object, Joram said.
