ITANAGAR, Aug 4:
Chief Minister Pema Khandu has expressed shock and grief at the demise of former Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Bhishma Narain Singh on Wednesday.
Conveying his heartfelt condolences, Khandu said people of Arunachal Pradesh will always remember Late Singh as a fatherly figure, who had a special corner for Arunachal Pradesh and its people as the first Governor of the state.
He prayed Lord Buddha for eternal peace of the departed soul.
