Itanagar, Oct 15 : Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt Gen KT Parnaik (Retd.), presented the ‘Land of Rising Sun Plaque for Excellence’ to Pawan Kumar Sain, Commissioner to the Governor, at Lok Bhavan, Itanagar today in recognition of his outstanding administrative leadership, exemplary service and commitment to excellence.
The Governor commended Sain for his administrative acumen, sound judgement, organisational abilities and result-oriented approach, which significantly contributed to the efficient management of the Governor’s Secretariat and the smooth functioning of its various wings. He appreciated Sain’s dedication to maintaining administrative discipline, ensuring effective coordination and facilitating timely decision-making.
The Governor wished him success in his future assignments and expressed confidence that he would continue to serve with the same professionalism and commitment.
Secretary to the Governor, Mamata Riba Naksang, and officers of the Governor’s Secretariat were present at the farewell function.
