ITANAGAR, Aug 24: The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh B.D. Mishra and Chief Minister Pema Khandu today extended their warm greetings to the people of Kerala in particular on the auspicious occasion of Onam. They expressed hope that the festival will bring peace and prosperity to one and all and will give strength to overcome the miseries of the recent floods. The Chief Minister expressed hope that the festival would mark a new beginning of rebuilding life in Kerala as flood waters recede. Chief Minister had announced a sum of Rs 3 crore from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund as assistance for relief and rehabilitation to Kerala flood victims.
