ITANAGAR, Sep 6: In a complaint letter submitted to the Chief Secretary, the 20th Tali Assembly Constituency People Forum has levelled charges against Chief Engineer, PHE and WS, Western Zone for misappropriation of funds under revised estimate (RE) -2016-17 and SIDF 2017 -18 sanctioned for renovation of existing water supply line at Nyobia Village under Pipsorang Circle, Kra-Daddi district.
Further requesting CS to constitute a SIC/SIT committee to inquire into the matter, it alleged that a total of Rs. 2.50 crores sanctioned for both the projects had been allegedly withdrawn without executing any visible work on the ground.
