ROING, May 19:The District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) was held at DC’s conference hall here today under thechairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Lower Dibang Valley Deepak Shinde. The meeting was attended by  ADC Chestha Yadav, ZPM Chairperson Sipi Elapara,  Kaling Pertin and Starson Saring, ZPM, Marto Dirchi, DPO,  Administrative officers, HoDs and other PRI leaders.

In the meeting, the DC stressed on proper monitoring of all the projects under BADP and other schemes and requested all the Executing Agencies to maintain standard specification and adhere to the timeframe for completion of projects.  DC also directed the respective administrative officers to inspect projects in their respective jurisdiction. He also instructed for early shifting of official and staffers at Parbuk and informed that C.O office Parbuk will be fully functional soon.

He viewed seriously about the delay in some projects under BADP 2016-17 and directed the Agencies to resolve any problem, if any and start the works immediately. He also said that the project should be monitored properly by the DLMC in the District, SDLMC, CLMC in the respective Sub Division and Circle level and submits the report for assessment.

 The DC-cum-Chairman DLMC requested all the Agencies to execute the projects in consultation with the respective Administrative Officer and PRI leaders for proper monitoring and to resolve any problem without any delay.

In the meeting PRI members also expressed their opinion on proper monitoring of all developmental activities under taken in the district.

During power point presentation by HoDs various issues on accommodation problems at outpost administrative circles, infrastructures development project in Roing, new metering system for power consumer, maintenance of road to Iduli village, clearance of jungles at road sides and other issues were also discussed in the meeting.
