NAMSAI, Aug 7:   Namsai MLA Chow Zingnu Namchoom inaugurated the District Library here today in presence of Deputy Commissioner RK Sharma, District Librarian S Mukherjee and other dignitaries.

Speaking on the occasion, Namchoom congratulated the people of Namsai for having a new District Library that will help the book lovers.  He appealed to students to read books as well as take proper care of the Library and its books.

Meanwhile, Namchoom also inaugurated the Community Hall at Ad-Ningro village, under Namsai district.
