ANINI, Aug 22: District task force meeting for the 2nd round of National Deworming Day for Dibang Valley was held on August 21 under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Tamune Miso here.
DRCHO, Dr K. Ori welcomed the participants and briefly explained about NDD and also presented last year’s achievements.
Dr.Senlar Ronya, DMO, explained why NDD is launched in mission mode to eliminate nutritional deficiency, anaemia among children and to improve their health.
The DC directed the DDSE and CDPOs to provide correct data to Health Deptt.for successful implementation of NDD.
