ITANAGAR, Aug 20: The Department of Legal Metrology & CA mourned the deaths of two of its former and present employees who passed away recently. Former Deputy Controller Niranjan Chakraborty passed away at Beltola in Guwahati after a brief illness on Sundaywhile Likha Yach Debia, Circle Officer passed away at Shukmoni Hospital, New Delhi on Saturday.

In its condolence meeting, the staff of Legal Metrology & CA observed two-minute silence and also extended condolences to the bereaved family members.

The Nyishi Elite Society has also condoled the death of Likha Yach Debia.

Meanwhile, the officers and staff of the Deputy Commissioner,  Itanagar Capital Complex also observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect to late Likha Yach Debia, CO, Banderdewa who passed away on Saturday.

The officers and staff extended their heartfelt condolence and sympathy to the members of the bereaved family.
