CHANGLANG, Sep 7: A maiden coordination meeting with all Heads of Departments  and officials of Changlang district was convened  under the chairmanship of newly posted Deputy Commissioner R.K. Sharma  in presence  of MLA Tesam Pongte  of  Changlang North, etc

Addressing the participants, the DC conveyed that the objective was to get first-hand information on the status of implementation of various important Centrally-sponsored schemes and Chief Minister’s flagship schemes as announced in the Budget Speech of 2018. While deliberating on the centrally sponsored schemes pertaining to Education, Health, Sanitation, Urban Department, ICDS, Agriculture , Horticulture and Engineering departments, the DC strictly directed all departments to adhere to prescribed Government norms and achieve set targets on time.
