ITANAGAR, Aug 19: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) mourned the untimely demise of two young Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service Officers Tamo Koyu, Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) and Likha Yach Debia, Circle Officer (CO).
Koyu was posted at Kamba, West Siang as Extra Assistant Commissioner. He expired on August 15 on his way to Aalo after brief illness. He is survived by his wife, three daughters and two sons.
Debia was an APCS cadre who served as an Executive Magistrate cum Circle Officer under Govt of Arunachal Pradesh who served at Seppa, Papum Pare & in Itanagar Capital Complex and her last posting place was at Bandardewa Circle.
She breathed her last in a New Delhi hospital on August 18 and is survived by her husband and three children.
