ITANAGAR, Aug 3: Expressing concern over reports of illegal activities in and around the waterfall at Donyi-Polo Colony, the Donyi-Polo Colony Youth Association (DPCYA) has restricted people’s movement near the water fall for next four months. The association will impose fines on those who defy the order, stated a release.
