ITANAGAR, Aug 26: Chief Minister Pema Khandu today celebrated Rakshabandhan with school children from VKV and Donyi Polo Vidya Niketan and members of Brahma Kumaris and Vidya Bharti.
The children and other visiting members performed aarti on Chief Minister and tied Rakhi on his wrist. Then, they applied kumkum on CM’s forehead and offered sweets.
The CM blessed them and wished them a good, healthy and prosperous life.
