YUPIA, Aug 12:

 

 An awareness programme on open defecation free (ODF) with a theme  “Khule Mein Saucch Se Azaadi” was conducted at Government  Secondary School, Mani by PHED, Yupia on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman District Water & Sanitation Committee, Tai Kaye highlighted few central and state flagship programs and urged upon all sections of society to be part of developmental activities.

 

He also conveyed the message of Chief Minister’s meeting held recently with all Deputy Commissioners and shared with participants the commitment of the state government to make Arunachal open defecation free.
