ITANAGAR, Nov 23: The three-day long district level orientation training programme on People’s Plan Campaign (PPC) for preparation of Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) and District Panchayat Development Plan (DPDP) held by the State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRD&PR) concluded at Ziro today.
Inaugurating the training on November 21 last,  ZPC, Lower Subansiri District, Likha Sangchore stressed to the Line Departments to cooperate with the PPC programme for integration of works undertaken under GPDP plan for entire Gram Panchayat level.
In his key note address to the participants, Deputy Commissioner, Lower Subansiri District, Bamin Nime called on every participant to be punctual and mobilise the programme in every village. 
Core Faculty cum Course Director, SIRD&PR, Tamar Baki also took a session on People’s Plan Campaign.
Altogether 100 participants attended the training programme.
