PASIGHAT, Mar 10: A month long Yoga Teacher Course was inaugurated by DC East Siang Tayi Taggu at Sewa Bhawan, Pasighat. The in-campus course will consist of theory and practical classes of yoga including meditation and pranayama. Successful candidates will be awarded Diploma from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, Maharashtra. 27 candidates including men & women from different areas of Arunachal and Assam have registered for the course. The yoga course is being conducted by Siang Trust, Pasighat in association with Yog Gurukul, Asom, Guwahati.
The inauguration function was attended by Vice President Siang Trust, Group Captain Mohonto Panging Pao (Rtd), Secretary Kingman Komut, members of Siang Trust and many other dignitaries. This is the second such course organised by the Siang Trust.
