ITANAGAR, Apr 26: The World Intellectual Property (IP) Day was celebrated at Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Polytechnic College, Itanagar, organized by Patent Information Centre (PIC), A.P State Council for Science and Technology in collaboration with IPR cell, RGGP, Itanagar.
Across the globe, every year on 26th April, World IP Day is celebrated. This year the theme focuses on “IP and Youth innovation for a better future”.
Er. Bamang Apo, Joint director, A.P State Council for Science and Technology,  spoke on the objectives of celebrating the day and how knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) could benefit an individual and society as whole. 
Taba Tath, principal, RGGP, Itanagar urged the participants to utilise the full opportunity of learning from the highly skilled resource persons.
