PASIGHAT, Oct. 17: With the objective of providing a deeper understanding of the subject of Mathematics, a critical and unavoidable part of the central and state level competitive job exams, a two-day workshop was held here at the GTC, Tumi Lotmo Dere (community hall) under the aegis of Nganga Foundation, a Pasighat-based non-profit organisation.
A total of 45 aspirants participated in the programme. Instructor, GTC, Department of Agriculture Dana Moyong as chief guest lauded the efforts of the Foundation and encouraged the participants to take benefits from the programme and suggested them to go for qualitative studies rather than mugging up the subjects to achieve success in any competitive exam. Resource Person Amrit Kumar Verma deliberated on the basics of the subject.
Chairman, Nganga Foundation thanked the participants and Programme Coordinator Mida Tayeng and assured to conduct more such programmes in coming days.
