PASIGHAT, Sept 24: Rosemary Bado won accolades for her combo presentation— ‘Ralnam Thilik’ (Energy Drink) meant for lactating/pregnant women, adolescent girls and children and ‘Amam’ (Weaning food) for babies from six months onwards at the Recipe Competition organised by the East Siang Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS).
Organized by the Dy. Director (ICDS) Machi Gao, the district level recipe competition was held here at the Mirbuk Community hall, Pasighat on Thursday which was formally inaugurated by the ZPM,Bogong-(I)Tamut Tasung. Supervisors and Gram sevikas from four ICDS projects namely Ruksin, Mebo, Pasighat and Ramle Bango participated in the competition and presented their items made of locally available ingredients. The winning recipe was judged by a selection board comprising DD (ICDS) as chairman, DRCHO, Nutritionist and CDPO as members.
The Best Performer, Bado will take part in the state level competition and if selected will be felicitated during the valedictory function of the ongoing month-long 4thRastriya Poshan Maah celebration, informed the Deputy Director.
