NAHARLAGUN, Jul 20: A 46-year old woman reportedly died by suicide here at Pachin Colony in the wee hours on Sunday last.
On receipt of an FIR, a case vide NLG PS case no.17/20 u/s 174 Cr.PC. has been lodged. According to the family members, the deceased was staying at a rented house here in Pachin Colony for the last 15 days. “She had come from Pasighat and planned to proceed to her home town in East Kameng, but had to stay back due to the lockdown,” SP Capital, Tumme Amo informed.
A magisterial inquest was held and post mortem has been conducted at the TRIHMS.
