AALO, May 20: West Siang District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, DDMA Moki Loyi through an order issued today has instructed that all IBs in the district’s Sub-divisions and Circles under PWD will be requisitioned and utilized for paid self-isolation centres. The step has been taken after it came to light that a number of people released from Covid Care Centres are finding it difficult to isolate themselves as per Covid-19 protocols. As per the order the concerned MOs shall monitor the health status and report to the administrative officers on a regular basis, fix the rate and forward such feedback to the District Covid Control Room.
The new arrangement is exclusively for patients not having any home quarantine facility. DIPRO
