AALO, Jun 8: RAT testing centre which was previously functional at PoE Ruksin has  been shifted to Piyi check gate here in the township with effect from June 7.
As per the new arrangement, all individuals with symptomatic signs and testing positive through RAT on arrival will be provided logistics support by the District Administration team for reaching home isolation destinations, the cost of which will be borne by them. Any positive patient opting for Covid Care Center (CCC) will be lifted by an ambulance from the testing
centre and PoL and other expenses regarding this will  be borne by the District Administration. The DMO will ensure placement of ambulance at the Piyi check gate and the SDO (TPT) will monitor the records of log books and POL register of the ambulance service. Positive patients opting for home isolation will have to arrange their own vehicles for transportation ensuring all COVID-appropriate behaviour and SOPs. 
Non compliance of the order will be viewed seriously with follow-up action as per appropriate sections of law. DIPRO
