BOMDILA, Sep 9: District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC), West Kameng today convened its 2nd quarter meeting of 2021-2022 to review the statuses of various ongoing projects in the district.
Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, DLPC Karma Leki urged the entire project implementing departments HoDs to be present in DLMS meeting with the recent photographs showing clear status of before and after status of their respective projects.
ZPMs and PRI leaders should also be aware of the government’s sponsored projects going on in their respective segments; he said urging project implementing departments to share the sanction order to administrative officers of respective blocks so that projects can be monitored at the Sub-Divisional Level Monitoring Committee.
Along with satellite based monitoring and geo-tagging of projects, it is mandatory to upload date of commencement and date of completion in the Arunachal Monitoring Portal, he added.
ZPC Rinchin Zomba Merakpa urged the executing agencies to maintain proper work quality strictly as per specifications along with adherence to the quantitative aspects.
Besides DPO-cum-Member Secretary, DLMC H Taipodia, the meeting was attended by the ADCs, administrative officers, HoDs, ZPC, ZPMs, PRI leaders and CBOs among others. DIPRO
