BORUM, Jun 23: Promising women weightlifter of the state Kaken Doyom on Thursday was given a warm reception on arrival at Naharlagun railway station after playing in the 1st Khelo India youth junior & senior national ranking women weightlifting tournament in Himachal Pradesh.
Several well-wishers, family members and sports lovers among others felicitated Doyom, a student of Class-XII of government higher secondary school, Kankar Nallah, Naharlagun who has participated in several competitions in various parts of the state earlier. 
Speaking to the media, Doyom though elated  said that she is not completely satisfied with a bronze medal and added that she will strive to win gold in upcoming events.
