ITANAGAR, Dec 19:  All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) has adopted four point resolution after its mass consultative meeting with various students’ organizations, NGOs and community-based students organization against the alleged corruption charges leveled by the association on Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
At least a thousand members from various organizations participated in the meeting and in one voice supported the cause to fight against corruption, said President ANYA Byabang Joram while speaking to the media.
Responding to query, Joram categorically denied allegation of political involvement in the movement. “We are not a political party to be alleged as politically motivated, it is the call of the situation against the corrupt practice done by the person who is holding the top position in the state," he said.
All the political parties are mute in the state; no one dares to raise its voice against the corruption done by the CM, so ANYA had to play the role of the opposition for the betterment of the state and its people, added Joram.
‘We are not accusing the CM without any proof, we have authentic documents collected through RTI, so if Chief Minister is not guilty then he can give his clarification within fifteen days as per the memorandum submitted by the ANYA, he said.
