PASIGHAT, Sep 14: Under the month long 4th Poshan Maah Abhiyaan to address nutritional deficiencies and marking the 75th anniversary of India’s Independence (Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav), the WCD department today hosted ‘Recipe Competitions’ at Mebo and Ruksin subdivisions organized by the concerned CDPOs O. Tangu and Onyok Panyang respectively. 
The competitions was monitored and supervised by the DD (ICDS) Machi Gao.  Speaking on the occasion at both the places, DD Gao, briefed about the importance of yoga, good hygiene, social distancing and locally grown nutritional foods. 

Traditional dishes are most imperative ingredients in our lives and eating good and delicious foods has become an excitement to most of us, she stated. Gao awarded the achievers on the occasion.  DIPRO
