ITANAGAR, Oct 2: The Vivekananda Study Circle, Naharlagun an NGO established in the year 1987  guided under Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math provided android handsets to the underprivileged students of classes X, XI and XII to meet the pressing need to avail online classes.
Former home minister Daklo Nidak Tamin,  distributed 25 phones in a small function with a limited number of participants maintaining SOPs held at Naharlagun today.
