ITANAGAR, Nov 8: Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union State Minister (Independent Charge), Ministry of Science & Technology, Earth Science, DoPT etc will inaugurate the DBT, APSCST, Centre of Excellence for Bio-technology and Sustainable Development, Kimin and Rural Technology Demonstration Centre, Kimin, on November 9.
During this event a Skill Vigyan Programme will be also launched by the Minister.
Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Minister S&T, Arunachal Pradesh and Secretary, Department of Bio-technology will also be present.
