ITANAGAR, Jul 15: The All Shi-Yomi District Students' Union (ASYDSU) has written to the Sub-Divisional Officer (Telecom), Aalo, West Siang district seeking proper connection of BSNL network and upgradation of 4G internet in Shi-Yomi district.
Stating that people of the district are cut off from rest of the world due to lack of telecommunication and internet, with students especially facing immense problems, the Union has cautioned to launch democratic movement if the matter is not resolved at the earliest.
