Itanagar, Aug 11: The Urban Development, Town Planning etc Minister Kamlung Mosang inspected all the on-going projects under Itanagar Capital Complex and expressed satisfaction over the progress of construction work of MLA Cottage at Chimpu and Senior Officers’ flats at Zoo Road here at capital. 
Mosang directed the officers to come out with the modalities for the allocation of the 576 rented accommodations under Rajiv Awas Yojna (RAY) and 47 1BHK to BPL families under Basic Urban Service For Poor (BSUP) schemes. Implementing agencies were also advised by him to prepare DPR for solar lighting facilities of the BPL accommodations located at Lekhi viilage, Nirjuli. 
The Minister also directed the Urban Development Department to prepare estimate for augmentation of the existing inter-state truck terminal to convert existing godown into a cold storage in order to facilitate the storage of Agri-horti products by the local farmers before transporting to other states. 
Later he inspected the 15000 capacity Outdoor Stadium at Yupia which is first of its kind in the state and informed that Arunachal will be hosting National Games which will require more sports complexes. He assured to take up with the central government for additional fund  requirements to meet the funding gap, if any for roofing and high mass lightings of the outdoor stadium and categorically instructed the implementing agencies to complete all on-going projects by November 2019 end.
The Minister was accompanied by Chief Engineer UD, Taring Darang, Superintendent   of Engineer, Marcony Potom and OSD Amit Bengia.
