ITANAGAR, Jul 19:

The Capital Administration has restored two-way traffic on NH415 from Itanagar to Naharlagun with immediate effect. However, the restrictions imposed on heavy vehicles will remain the same. The Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex Prince Dhawan has issued the order after conducting field visit and after taking account of the inconvenience faced by the public and commuters.
