NAMSAI, Jul 26: Three people including a five-year-old lost their lives in a car accident that occurred near Tengapani Forest gate 15km away from district headquarters, Namsai on the midnight of July 25 last.
Officer Incharge, Namsai Police Station, CB Rai informed that the police received information about the accident at 11:45 am today and a team along with a magistrate team rushed to the spot. On reaching the spot, teams found three bodies stuck inside the completely damaged car. The two adults have been identified as Jugal Hazarika, Bhegu Tsering  and 5- year- old Kongkong Tsering.
We had to call the NDRF team for assistance as the bodies were stuck inside the car and it was difficult to bring them out, said the OC while informing that, Jugal Hazarika was from Tezpur working as Cluster In-charge in Airtel Telecom Company and Bhegu Tsering was a technician in the same company.
