KHONSA, Aug 31: In view of increasing Covid-19 positive cases, two locations have been turned into containment zones in headquarters Khonsa of Tirap district. Deputy Commissioner Bhanu Prabha, on August 29, declared  Pansumthong village and entire Bank Colony as containment  zones for 14 days. Rapid response teams began contact tracing in these areas on August 30. DIPRO
