ITANAGAR, Dec 6: A two day residential training on Public Financial Management System (PFMS) & Accounts for District Accounts Manager & Block Accounts Manager started today under the National Health Mission at State Training Centre, office of the Mission Director, NHM. The training will be conducted in four batches and will conclude on December 14.
