AALO, Aug 12: The surface communication of the Aalo-Pangin road continues to remain disrupted on every rainy day at various locations here posing serious problems to the inter-district commuters.
Efforts to restore normalcy are being made every day by the Highway AE, Er. Gemar Padu who is visiting the worst-hit Aalo-Pangin-Boleng tri-junction on a daily basis. Opening of the road has led to a heavy rush of stranded vehicles that in turn is overburdening the frontline Covid-19 workers at the Piyi check gate through which the vehicles pass.
Checking all vehicles and passengers at one go is proving to be challenging for the Covid workers.  DIPRO
