ITANAGAR, Jul 11: The District Administration Capital Complex has made necessary arrangements for the smooth flow of traffic and to avoid traffic congestion and inconvenience to the public. In this regard traffic has been routed through one way; traffic coming from Naharlagun to Itanagar has been diverted through Jully while traffic going from Itanagar to Naharlagun will go through NH-415.
