ITANAGAR, Apr 1:  Donyi Mumsi Popir Party beat Kargu Kardi Popir Party in Volleyball, whereas Agam Neli Popir Party beats Gui Guga Popir Party in Archery and Bis Bite Popir Party defeated Liji Lipin Popir Party in traditional game called Netu Lumka Hinam sports event being organized   by Mopin festival celebration committee, Itanagar. Earlier, Commissioner for Tax & Excise, Marnya Ete attended the closing ceremony of  Mopin festival games and sports event as chief guest today at Nyokum Lapang ground, Itanagar.
