KHONSA, Dec 23: Along with the rest of the country, National Farmers’ Day or Kishan Diwas was celebrated in Lapnan village in Tirap, attended by the progressive farmers of the district.
As a part of the occasion a financial literacy awareness programme was organised wherein Resource Person-cum-DAO Pangnyai Khoisia and Chief Manager LDB R. Sonowal shared the details of various schemes/loans launched by the government for the benefit of farmers. DIPRO
