Khonsa, Oct 15: The District Level Screening Committee (DLSC) meeting for selection of beneficiaries under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swalamban Yojana (DDUSY)-2020-21 was held here at the Kamlesh Joshi Conference Hall of DC’s Office on Thursday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman DLSC, Tirap Taro Mize.

Alignment, Balancing and Tyre Repairing Workshop with Car washing, Homestay, Bakery and Digital Printing Press were approved in the meeting. After a threadbare discussion, the house unanimously decided to forward the applications immediately to the concerned authority. The DC-cum-Chairman asked the beneficiaries to cooperate with the bank for loan approval by providing all additional documents as and when asked for and assured full support from the District Administration. He also informed the candidates that joint physical inspection of sites will be done by the
bank officials and DA while processing the loan applications to see the feasibility of projects.
