TAWANG, Feb 3: Director of Accounts of Treasuries, Tedi Techi accompanied by Finance and Accounts Officer (Hq) Taniyang Tatung today inspected the Treasury Office of Tawang district here. 
After inspecting the files, records, audit reports and strong room the visiting officials suggested measures for further improvement of the treasury’s functioning. The Finance and Accounts Officer (Hq) highlighted the importance of timely submission of Monthly Accounts and Verified Date-wise Monthly Statement (VDMS). 
Regarding the National Pension System (NPS) he pointed out the urgent need to convert the Non-IRA PRAN and PPAN records into IRA-PRAN. DIPRO
