As per the comprehensive Action Plan, a task force shall be constituted for implementation of the PWM Rules in subdivisions, Circle and villages across the district. IEC campaigns would also be carried out with the help of PRI leaders, local media, NGOs and students.
In line with the Central government initiative to make India free from Single Use Plastic (SUP) by 2022, the District Administration has prepared  a road map for eliminating SUP in Tawang within the same timeline.
