Khonsa, Jan 12: District Level Task Force, Tirap today conducted a meeting on IPPI for the 3rd quarter of 2020-21 and Covid-19 vaccination here at the Kamlesh Joshi Conference Hall under chairmanship of ADC Kretkam Tikhak.
DRCHO Dr Nidak Angu briefed on the immunisation performance reports based on HMIS indicators such as ANC Registration and Routine Immunization for Lazu, Namsang and Khonsa Blocks through a PowerPoint Presentation. While elaborating on Covid-19 vaccination preparedness of the district he informed that district level and block level training and Dry Run in this regard have already been completed. The ADC urged DMO Dr. Koblem Mossang and the I/c Medical Officers of the Community and Primary Health Centres to ensure full immunization coverage of the targeted children and pregnant women in the district. The DMO appreciated the District Administration and the Education and ICDS departments for extending their cooperation in carrying out IEC activities on immunisation. PPTs on IPPI Plan 2019-20 (Target & Achievement) and IPPI Plan 2021 were also presented in the meeting.
DDSE Hortum Loyi, Medical Superintendent GHK Dr. Khogen Socia  and I/c MOs of the Health Centres took part in the meeting. DIPRO
