TAWANG, Aug 2:A sensitization programme for the unemployed youths, women weavers and farmers of the district on the newly launched schemes i.e Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Swalamban Yojana, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Bunker Yojana and Chief Minister's Krishi Rinn Yojana was held today at Conference Hall of the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Tawang. 

Addressing the participants, EAC Tawang Lobsang Tsetan exhorted everyone including the administrative officers, concerned departments and bankers to work in tandem and lend cooperation for successful implementation of the schemes which has main focus on entrepreneurship development and employment generation of youths and aims to create maximum opportunity for the farmers and women weavers of the state.

Earlier a meeting of the administrative officers and bankers of the district was also held on July 21 last wherein the concerned COs were directed to conduct similar sensitization programmes for the target groups of their respective jurisdictions. DIPRO
