ITANAGAR, Nov 21: MLA 40 Mariyang Geku (ST), Kanggong Taku inaugurated four "Ngaptek" cum Community hall namely Kartek, Pyak Anyuk, Ringkiong & Modi at Millang village in Mariyang subdivision, Upper Siang district today.
Taku in his address informed that it was one of his commitment to the people. He appreciated the Executing Department PWD and the village committee for completing the task in scheduled time maintaining quality. He further  welcomed any good suggestion put forward for development of the area and is said that he is ready to take initiative of such progressive activities. 
The MLA also assured to build a transit house or inspection bungalow on the way to Peki Modi to ease the burden of the people especially those carrying patients since it is the only village under Mariyang Geku Constituency which doesn't have road and electricity connection till date.
Appreciating CM Pema Khandu for taking up various bold initiatives, he informed the house that unlike earlier where many appointments were done through inappropriate means, now under the present government only the able will be absorbed through healthy competition through the APPSCE and SSB Examination, urging parents to take care of their children's education.
The inauguration function was attended by Dr Manjuli Komut ADC Mariyang, Apur Bitin IGP among others.
